The Weha White Lion Diamond Bridge Saw Blade features layered ARIX diamond technology for continuous diamond contact and a high diamond concentration. Its bond matrix is specifically designed for cutting quartzite, quartz, granite and engineered stone.

A patented diamond-segment design increases cutting speed by 35% while efficiently removing slurry and biting into the stone. The segment design produces clean cuts without chipping and delivers the service life of a 25 mm segment while retaining an optimized 20 mm segment height.

The German-made silent steel core runs quietly and smoothly while resisting fatigue and deflection during straight and miter cuts. The blade can cut 3 cm quartzite in one pass and 2" quartzite on a 45-degree miter in three passes.

Suggested Operating Parameters

Quartzite

• Bridge Saws: 1,750 RPM at 40–60 inches per minute, depending on the hardness of the quartzite
• CNC Sawjets: 1,650 RPM at 40–50 inches per minute, depending on the hardness of the quartzite

Quartz and Granite

• Bridge Saws: 1,750 RPM at 60–120 inches per minute
• CNC Sawjets: 1,650 RPM at 60–120 inches per minute

Cutting performance may reach 10–15 feet per minute in granite and engineered stone and 5–10 feet per minute in quartzite, depending on the material. Monitor the saw's amperage to determine the best cutting speed when working with quartzite.
