Shipping Policy Guidelines
We work to keep shipping fast, clear, and cost-effective. Here are the standard shipping guidelines for qualifying orders.
- Free Ground Shipping: Orders under 50 lbs. and over $400 qualify for free freight ground shipping.
- Orders Under $400: Freight is $17.95 plus a $3.50 handling fee.
- Outside The Continental U.S.: Orders shipping outside the 48 continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, are charged freight.
- Hazmat: A $69.95 hazmat fee applies when required.
- Heavy Orders: Orders over 250 lbs. are charged freight.
- LTL & Sinks: All LTL orders and sink shipments are charged freight.
- Non-Stock Items: Non-stock orders are charged freight.
- International Orders: International orders are charged freight.
- Next Day Air: Next Day Air shipments are charged freight and exclude weekend delivery.
Reporting Damaged Shipments
We inspect orders carefully before shipment and pack items to help reduce the risk of damage. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact BBI immediately so we can help you resolve the issue quickly.
Inspect the product thoroughly before signing while the driver is still there. If you see damage, call us immediately and we will help guide the next steps.
Inspect the contents as soon as your package arrives. If there is damage, call us immediately. BBI reserves the right to repair or replace damaged items.
