What Happens During Redressing?
Each wheel goes through a precision restoration and inspection process.
Each wheel is inspected, cleaned, and analyzed upon arrival to evaluate wear and profile condition.
For finer-profile wheels, a custom copper electrode in an EDM machine precisely removes worn diamond material through controlled electrical discharge.
Position 1 wheels are ground and optically compared to CAD drawings using precision software to restore the original profile angle and tolerance.
