ShinePro Floor Maintenance Pads are high-quality, diamond-impregnated pads designed for use under swing machines and burnishers. They can be used wet or dry and require only water, eliminating the need for wax or chemicals during floor maintenance.

This aggressive 220-grit pad removes sealers and guard products before repolishing. For best results, use it with clean water. Before beginning, remove debris from the floor and vacuum the surface to help prevent scratching.

Recommended Process

1. Remove debris and vacuum the floor before using the pad to help prevent surface scratching.
2. Use the 220-grit ShinePro Pad with clean water to remove sealers and guard products.
3. Apply lithium densifier to the entire floor surface and allow it to dry according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
4. Use an auto scrubber to remove all remaining residue and film before advancing to the next polishing step.

ShinePro Polishing System

• 220 Grit: Removes sealers and guard products before repolishing.
• 400 Grit: Begins honing the floor to restore its original luster and prepares it for repolishing.
• 800 Grit: Provides the first polishing step for Diama-Clean and is used with water only.
• 1800 Grit: Produces optimum polish and shine. A second lithium densifier coat is recommended before use.
• Buff Grit: Provides the final buffing step and can be used after a guard or stain protector has dried according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
