NSI Ultra Guide™ Precision Guide Rail for Seam Phantom® 2.0

The NSI Ultra Guide™ was developed specifically for use with the Seam Phantom® 2.0 to help fabricators achieve superior seam quality with unmatched accuracy. After years of development, testing, and refinement, this guide rail system delivers the precision needed to create tight-fitting seam halves and nearly invisible finished seams in stone slab materials.

Manufactured from a heavy-duty aluminum extrusion produced in North America and assembled in-house by NSI Solutions, every Ultra Guide™ is individually inspected for straightness before packaging. Its innovative double-sided design allows fabricators to use opposite sides of the guide rail to create opposing seam halves, compensating for minor variations and producing exceptionally accurate seam alignment.

Designed with professional stone fabrication shops in mind, the Ultra Guide™ features a wider, more rigid extrusion that resists flexing, UHMW wear strips that reduce wear on the Seam Phantom® rub plate, and integrated friction strips that provide a secure, stable base during operation. Multiple clamping options offer flexibility for a variety of fabrication environments.
