The 511 Impregnator Sealer by Miracle Sealants. Penetrating protection for granite, marble, stone, tile, and grout.
511 Impregnator is specifically designed for the protection of all medium to dense porous surfaces. It forms an invisible barrier that is resistant to moisture and stains while allowing vapor to escape. It is not a surface coating and will not alter the natural look. All surfaces treated are harder and less slippery.
The Miracle 511 impregnator sealer works on natural stone (granite, marble, travertine, limestone, slate), ceramic and porcelain tile, grout, concrete, and masonry. It resists acid rain, will not yellow, and provides UV-transparent protection for both interior and exterior applications. Coverage averages 500 to 4,000 square feet per gallon depending on surface porosity.
Apply in a well-ventilated area using a clean lint-free cloth, brush, or low-pressure sprayer. Wet the surface evenly without creating puddles. Allow to stand for 3-5 minutes for full penetration. Wipe off any excess before it dries on the surface. Allow to cure for 24 hours before exposing to moisture. For new grout, allow grout to fully cure (48-72 hours minimum) before sealing.

How do you use 511 impregnator sealer?
Apply undiluted to a clean, dry surface using a cloth, brush, or sprayer. Wet the surface evenly, let it stand 3-5 minutes for penetration, then wipe off excess with a clean dry cloth before it dries. Wait 24 hours before exposing the sealed surface to water. Two coats are recommended for highly porous materials.
What surfaces can 511 Impregnator be used on?
511 Impregnator works on granite, marble, travertine, limestone, slate, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, concrete, grout, and masonry. It is designed for medium to dense porous surfaces. Both interior and exterior applications are supported, and it is safe for use in food preparation areas.
How often should 511 Impregnator Sealer be reapplied?
Reapplication frequency depends on traffic and exposure. For kitchen countertops, every 1-3 years is typical. For floor tile and grout in high-traffic areas, annual reapplication is recommended. Test by placing water drops on the surface. If the stone darkens within a few minutes, it needs resealing.
