Diamut Black Storm 7-Segment Diamond Router, 22 mm OD, 1/2 Gas, 65 mm

The Diamut Black Storm Diamond Router features a seven-segment design, 22 mm outside diameter, 1/2 Gas connection, and 65 mm size. It is precisely machined for speed, long service life, and a high-quality edge finish.

Diamut developed its HYS2 Hyper Speed Solution tooling to increase CNC feed rates and improve shop production. Constructed with premium materials, a high-performance bond, and diamonds, the tooling is designed to maintain edge quality at speeds of up to 12,700 mm/min or 500 in/min.

Diamut FLX sets are designed to round the top and bottom of slabs just short of true 2 cm, 3 cm, and 4 cm profiles. A 45-degree exit angle helps bevel and polish the underside of thicker stone without digging into the material or leaving a lip.

DLG7 polishers use an improved resin matrix to enhance edge gloss, including on darker stones. The matrix helps reduce the polisher break-in period to approximately 50–100 linear ft and supports operation at up to 2,570 mm/min or 100 in/min.

The 5S diamond is an ultra-fine metal tool designed to create a smooth edge before polishing. It helps conceal CNC machining lines and improve polisher life and is available in all offered profiles.
