5S Diamond and DLG7 Polishing System

Diamut's 5S diamond is an ultra-fine metal position designed to produce an exceptionally smooth edge before polishing. It helps minimize machining lines created during CNC profiling while helping improve the life and performance of subsequent polishing positions. The 5S diamond is available across Diamut's offered profiles.

The DLG7 polishing system features an improved resin matrix designed to enhance edge gloss and bring out an excellent polish even on darker stone. The updated matrix reduces the polisher break-in period to approximately 50–100 linear feet and supports production speeds up to 2,570 mm/min (100 in/min).
