Alpha PSC-150 Pneumatic Stone Cutter, 6"

The Alpha PSC-150 is an industrial-quality pneumatic stone cutter powered by a 2 HP motor. A built-in speed governor regulates air consumption according to the torque required for the application, providing enough torque to cut through 1-1/4" (3 cm) stone slabs in a single pass.

Designed for portable cutting, the PSC-150 can also perform miter cuts on 1-1/4" (3 cm) materials without a time-consuming setup. Its pneumatic motor makes it suitable for sink-hole cutting and groove cutting for rodding applications while avoiding the repair and maintenance costs associated with electric stone cutters.

Kink-free air and water hoses improve maneuverability and help reduce operator fatigue. For longer maintenance intervals, Alpha recommends using a manifold system equipped with a regulator and filter to capture debris and moisture delivered by compressed air.

The PSC-150 includes an Alpha Eclipse II 6" turbo blade recommended for granite and engineered stone. It can also use the Alpha Katana 6" blade for porcelain panels and slabs, the Hot-Rod 4" blade for 1/4" steel rods and 1/8" fiberglass rods, and the Libero 5" blade for marble slabs measuring 3/4" (2 cm) thick or less.
